Our client in sales enablement offers an all-in-one software solution designed to streamline sales preparation, follow-ups, and content personalization for client interactions. Their platform connects seamlessly with calendars and sales tools to research prospects, generate materials, join calls, take notes, and automate follow-ups — driving increased efficiency, win rates, and revenue for B2B sales teams.


The Role


We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to take the lead in shaping an intuitive, consistent, and user-centered experience across the platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring product ideas to life and ensure that every customer interaction is thoughtfully designed and impactful.


Responsibilities


Design Leadership

  • Lead the design of new product features and refinements, ensuring a seamless experience across the platform.

  • Maintain and evolve the design system, style guides, and UI patterns to support scalability.

  • Champion design best practices and advocate for design consistency across teams.


User Research & Validation

  • Conduct in-depth user research, persona development, and usability testing.

  • Define and monitor KPIs related to usability, user satisfaction, and design quality.

  • Translate insights into actionable design improvements.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on priorities and translate goals into effective designs.

  • Facilitate strong implementation of designs through collaborative iteration.


Strategic Influence

  • Serve as a design thought partner across the organization, communicating the value of user-centered methodologies and influencing product decisions.


Who You Are


  • 5+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS products.

  • 3+ years of experience in UX research, with a portfolio that highlights thoughtful, modular design solutions.

  • Skilled in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong knowledge of design systems and a user-centered design approach.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments with excellent prioritization skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

  • You’re a continuous learner with a growth mindset and a collaborative spirit.


Work Setup 


The role is ideally based in Ghent, with at least two days per week in-office. Remote work is possible for candidates within ±3 hours of CEST.
