To further strengthen our growing portfolio of festivals and events, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager & Performance Lead who seamlessly connects emotion, data, and strategy. Someone who can craft marketing campaigns that resonate globally, grow communities, and invite audiences into the magic long before they ever set foot on the festival grounds.


YOUR ROLE


As Senior Marketing Manager & Performance Lead, you are responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy, campaign architecture, and performance management across all festival and event projects within Tomorrowland. You create exceptional audience experiences through digital channels, community activation, branding, CRM, and data-driven performance marketing.


You work closely with internal stakeholders to build strategic marketing and investment plans aligned with our long-term vision. In this role, you report directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications and play a key role in the global expansion of our festivals and events.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies for all festival and event projects, both local and international.

  • Define target audience segmentation, messaging, channel mix, and complete campaign flows.

  • Create annual marketing plans that combine brand building, sales momentum, and community growth.


Campaign & Performance Management

  • Lead marketing campaigns from A to Z: launch, funnel architecture, paid and organic media, conversion optimization, and the creation of distinctive brand experiences.

  • Continuously analyze performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Optimize paid media, SEO/SEA, retargeting, CRM flows, and marketing automation.


Timeline & Deadline Management

  • Oversee and manage all marketing project timelines, coordinating between internal teams and external partners.

  • Monitor key milestones, campaign launches, and deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects.

  • Proactively identify risks, anticipate delays, and implement timely solutions to ensure progress and delivery.


MUST-HAVES:


  • You are a strategic marketer who combines vision with strong execution. You understand how brands grow, how communities evolve, and how data strengthens marketing decisions. With your experience, you bring clarity, structure, and energy to every phase of a project.

  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

  • A proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies and performance-driven marketing plans.

  • Strong expertise in social media, paid & organic marketing, and digital performance.

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing tools and KPI reporting.

  • Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and simultaneous projects.
