BaseBRU is looking for a Senior Digital Strategist; someone with a strong point of view on digital branding, grounded in culture, interaction and emerging technologies.
As Senior Digital Strategist, you help define forward-looking digital directions for brands and clients. You understand how digital shapes culture today and translate that into coherent ecosystems, interactions and experiences. You think in systems rather than outputs, challenge briefs and reframe problems, while bringing curiosity, perspective and a strong awareness of emerging technologies, AI and digital culture.

This position is based in Brussels, Belgium.
Key Responsibilities
• Define forward-looking digital directions and ecosystems
• Lead conversations with clients around digital possibilities, behaviours and emerging technologies
• Translate brand thinking into coherent digital experiences and interaction models
• Anticipate technological and cultural shifts, turning them into relevant creative approaches
• Contribute from early thinking through to final articulation and implementation
• Collaborate across disciplines : strategy, design, motion, copy and development
• Help shape how digital is approached within the studio and for clients
Qualifications
• 5+ years in digital, strategy or hybrid roles
• Experience with digital ecosystems or platforms
• Strong understanding of interaction and behaviour
• Comfortable in client-facing situations
• Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus)
