What you'll do as our senior strategy lead - digital
As our senior strategy lead – digital, you’ll be the team’s go-to expert for all things digital strategy. This means you will ...
lead strategic projects in brand, communications and marketing. You’ll integrate digital channels and ecosystems (from social and content to performance, CRM and marketing automation) and define how their components work together to drive both sustainable brand growth and measurable short-term results.
translate digital opportunities into full-funnel strategies, from awareness and consideration to conversion and retention.
act as a trusted sparring partner to clients, building long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities. You ask the right questions, uncover business challenges and help clients make decisions in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
use research and analysis to uncover insights and translate them into clear strategic foundations that guide our creative and digital teams.
analyse campaigns and projects based on data, and determine the next steps to continuously improve performance.
act as the link between our strategy, creative and digital disciplines, and work closely with creative, client service and digital teams across media, performance and content.
What we expect from you
We’re looking for a senior profile with a broad strategic background and strong digital expertise. Someone who quickly gets to the heart of complex challenges, and gives our creative and digital teams the foundations they need to create great work that delivers.
You have extensive experience in brand, communications and marketing strategy, ideally in an agency context.
You understand the digital landscape and know how different channels, platforms and techniques work together within an integrated approach.
You have experience leading a team.
You enjoy working with creative and digital specialists and connecting different disciplines.
You’re familiar with, and interested in:
social media
influencer marketing
social commerce
content marketing
performance marketing
e-mail marketing & marketing automation
customer data and loyalty platforms
You have strong analytical skills and turn data and campaign results into actionable insights.
You’re not afraid to ask questions and challenge assumptions, both internally and with clients.
You bring maturity and confidence to client and prospect talks.
You have great commercial instincts: you spot opportunities and know how to turn them into strategic value.
You have a strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies, and you know how to apply them in meaningful ways for brands and businesses.
You’re willing to occasionally work from different locations, for instance at a customer’s headquarters or another of our company offices. After all, we’re part of a marketing and tech group, 62MILES, and we work closely together.
