Your role
As a Brand Designer, you help shape and strengthen brands, from strategy to visual execution. You think conceptually, design with confidence and safeguard quality down to the smallest detail.
In practice, this means:
Designing and developing brand identities, always rooted in a clear brand strategy
Translating briefings into strong creative concepts and consistent visual systems
Thinking along with clients and internal teams on branding and design challenges, including international projects
Developing brand assets such as logos, visual identities, brand guidelines and applications
Actively following trends and innovations in branding, design and digital experiences
Taking ownership of your projects and working efficiently within timing and budget, without compromising on quality
Your profile
You are a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong sense for brand building
You understand how brands work, both conceptually and visually, and translate this into powerful design
You communicate clearly and collaborate smoothly with strategists, designers and other creatives
You feel comfortable in a context where multiple languages, cultures and stakeholders come together
You are curious, proactive and take responsibility for the bigger picture, not just your own design
You have experience in leading branding or design agencies and are used to working at a high level
You have a clear vision on the future of brand design and actively follow how technology, culture and creativity influence the field
Your skills
At least five years of relevant experience as a Brand Designer, preferably within well-established agencies
A very strong, professional portfolio is an absolute requirement and clearly demonstrates your experience, vision and consistent quality
A strong passion for branding and brand experience
A sharp eye for detail, typography and visual coherence
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Proven experience developing complex brand identities and brand guidelines
Affinity with digital brands, applications and contemporary design contexts
Hands-on experience working with AI tools in your design process, from exploration and concept development to efficiency and refinement
Fluent communication skills in Dutch and professionally proficient in English and French
