As a Social Creative, you will primarily create content for the Dutch and Flemish markets. This means understanding local audiences, cultural nuances, language, social media behavior and trends that resonate in both the Netherlands and Flanders. We're looking for someone who not only creates great content, but also knows how to make it relevant for these audiences.

Your impact

Working closely with Brand, Creative Studio, Influencer Specialists, Market Leads, Production teams and Advertising & Growth specialists, you'll ensure every piece of content is visually strong, on-brand and optimized for the platform it's created for.

Whether you're editing a short-form video, designing campaign assets, building scalable templates for paid social or creating content on-location during shoots, influencer trips and events, you'll play a key role in strengthening Sunweb's social presence and brand impact.

You will report to the Team Lead Brandcare & Campaigns and become part of the wider Content & Brandcare department.

As Our Social Creative, You Will

Design and create social assets for organic and paid social campaigns.
Edit and optimize short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms.
Create content on location during productions, brand activations, influencer trips and events.
Translate campaign concepts and briefs into platform-native social content.
Develop scalable creative templates and modular assets for Smartly, Performance Max and other activation platforms.
Adapt and localize content across markets, formats and customer journey stages.
Build and maintain reusable creative toolkits and social content systems.
Safeguard visual quality, branding and consistency across all social touchpoints.
Use channel insights and performance learnings to continuously improve creative output.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, content, creative and production teams.

What You Bring

You are a creative professional who understands both great design and social media performance.

Native-level Dutch and professional English language skills, both written and spoken.
Proven experience creating content for Dutch and/or Flemish audiences is essential. You understand the cultural nuances, language usage, social trends and platform behavior within these markets and know how to translate them into effective social content.
3-5 years of experience in social design, content creation, video editing or social-first creative production.
Bachelor-level working and thinking ability, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Motion Design or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing social-first creative work and content creation.
Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills.
Experience editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and similar platforms.
Experience with Canva and an understanding of platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok.
Experience developing scalable creative templates and dynamic assets for Smartly, Performance Max or similar advertising platforms.
A solid understanding of social-first creative principles and platform best practices.
The ability to translate briefs and business objectives into compelling creative concepts.

Please note: this role focuses primarily on the Dutch and Flemish markets. Therefore, native-level Dutch language skills and experience creating content for these audiences are essential requirements.
