Terms & Conditions

By submitting a job to be published on yaymonday, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a job post.

1. General

Yaymonday is a creative platform that shares job opportunities in the fields of design, marketing, communication and the arts. By submitting a job, the job poster (“you”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Job Posting Content

  • Yaymonday will post the job content exactly as it is given by the job poster.

  • The job poster declares that all information provided may be published on yaymonday.com, in its newsletter, on WhatsApp, and across all yaymonday social media channels, and so also can be reposted by it’s followers and more.

  • The job poster declares that the company listed as the workplace is aware of and approves the job post request.

  • The job poster confirms that the job vacancy is real and that all applications will be followed up.

  • Yaymonday cannot be held responsible for any mistakes or inaccuracies in the published job text or other content.

3. Job Post Management

  • When a position is filled, yaymonday will mark the post as filled so this is clear to visitors.

  • Job posters can request deletion of a post at any time by emailing hello@yaymonday.be. Yaymonday will remove the post within 48 hours.

  • Yaymonday may withdraw any job post at any moment, for any reason.

  • Submission of a job post does not guarantee publication. Yaymonday reserves the right to refuse or withdraw job posts that don’t fit the platform’s profile or when the maximum number of job posts has been reached.

  • The job posting service is free of charge.

4. Eligibility

  • Only job vacancies for workplaces located in Belgium are eligible.

  • Job posts must be written in English, Dutch, or French, and will be published in the original language. Yaymonday does not translate any job posts.

  • Only job posts in the fields of creative work, design, marketing, communication, or the arts will be accepted.

  • The job post request form must contain all necessary information to allow yaymonday to publish it properly.

5. Publication Schedule

  • Job ads are featured in the Sunday email and WhatsApp newsletter, and published on Monday on Yaymonday’s social channels.

  • The deadline for inclusion in the Yaymonday list is Friday at 20:00 (CET).

6. Data & Privacy

  • Yaymonday will save the job poster’s name, email address, company details, and any other business information provided.

  • This data may be used for future communication and marketing purposes related to the yaymonday platform.

  • You may unsubscribe from our B2B database at any time by emailing hello@yaymonday.be.

  • Yaymonday will keep a copy of the job post and its content, even when it is no longer online.

  • None of the collected data will be sold or shared with third parties.

  • Yaymonday processes and stores data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
    You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@yaymonday.be.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The job poster confirms that they own or have the rights to use any text, images, or logos included in the submission.

  • The job poster grants yaymonday the right to use the company name and/or logo for yaymonday’s own marketing and communication purposes.

  • Yaymonday is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringements resulting from the content provided by the job poster.

8. Platform Use & Liability

  • Yaymonday strives for continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access.

  • Yaymonday is not responsible for any website failures, downtime, or maintenance interruptions.

  • Yaymonday is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the platform, including loss of revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities.

  • Yaymonday acts solely as a publisher of job content and is not involved in any hiring process or employment agreement between job posters and applicants.

9. Prohibited or Inaccurate Content

Yaymonday reserves the right to remove or refuse any job post that:

  • Contains false, misleading, or discriminatory information;

  • Violates Belgian or EU employment laws;

  • Includes offensive, illegal, or unethical content;

  • Misuses another company’s intellectual property.

10. Modification of Terms

Yaymonday reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on yaymonday.be/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of any updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Belgium.
