Do you recruit or hire people yourself?
No. yaymonday is an independent publishing platform that connects creative talent with companies. We don't take part in the hiring process. So please do not send us your portfolio or CV, we don't hire people, the employers who post their job vacancies do this.

Yes. yaymonday is built specifically for the Belgian creative industry. We publish opportunities from companies across Belgium.
Are freelance jobs included?
Absolutely. We publish full-time, part-time, freelance, internship and temporary opportunities whenever they fit our audience.
How often are new jobs added?
New vacancies are collected throughout the week and published on the website. Every Monday we sent out the list of the new vacancies of that week. So if you don't want to miss anything, subscribe to our newsletter or join our WhatsApp community to receive the latest jobs first.
Is it free to use yaymonday?
Yes. Browsing jobs on the platform or our social media, subscribing to the newsletter and joining our WhatsApp community are completely free.
How do I apply for a job?
Every vacancy contains its own application instructions. In most cases you'll apply directly with the hiring company, not through yaymonday.
I found a job that's already filled.
Although we try to keep everything up to date, positions can sometimes be filled quickly. Employers can ask us to mark vacancies as filled or remove them at any time. If you still notice a job on our website which is already filled please notify us so we can close it.
Can I receive the jobs by email?
Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter and you'll receive the newest creative jobs before they're published publicly.

Yes, and it's completely free.

What does "creative job" mean?
We're looking for vacancies in fields such as design, branding, advertising, marketing, communication, content, digital, UX/UI, video, photography, product development, architecture, creative strategy, copywriting, interior design, illustration and related disciplines.
If you're unsure whether your vacancy fits, just send it over, we're happy to have a look.
Is there a deadline to submit my vacancy?
Yes. To be included in Monday's publication and the Sunday newsletter, submit your vacancy before Friday at 20:00 (CET).
How much does it cost to post a job?
Nothing. Publishing a job on yaymonday is currently free.
Where will my vacancy appear?
Accepted vacancies are published on the yaymonday website and shared through our newsletter, WhatsApp community and social media channels.
How fast does my vacancy go online?
Every new job application is read by a human (yes we) to verify if it fit's our audience and to double check that all info is correct before putting it online. We try to do this within 24h after the vacancy is submitted.
Can I edit or remove my job afterwards?
Of course. Just send us a message and we'll update or remove your vacancy as quickly as possible.
Do you guarantee every submitted job will be published?
Not always.
We only publish vacancies that fit yaymonday's focus on the Belgian creative industry. We also reserve the right to refuse or remove job posts that don't match the platform.
How do I make sure the layout of my vacancy is good?
No worries, our system will put your text in a nice and clear layout and we always take a good look at it before publishing.
Can recruitment agencies post jobs?
Yes, provided the vacancy is for a genuine creative position in Belgium and you have permission to publish it on behalf of your client.
