We're rebuilding property management from the ground up with AI. We are scaling fast across Belgium. We need a brand & marketing operator who's done this rodeo before: taken a startup from "scrappy and unknown" to "category-defining."


About Sebas 


Sebas is the AI-native syndicus. The Belgian property management market is brutally fragmented, mostly family-owned, almost zero tech, and fully ripe for consolidation by a team that actually understands software. That's us.


We combine acquisitions with a custom AI platform that handles the boring stuff property managers (syndici) hate, so HOAs get an excellent service.


Small team, octopus mascot, serious ambition: build the European leader in AI-enabled property management.


What you'll own


  • The Sebas brand end-to-end — voice, visual identity, narrative, positioning

  • The full marketing engine: content, paid acquisition, SEO, partnerships, PR, and events

  • Owning two parallel growth tracks: driving organic growth by positioning Sebas as the preferred alternative to incumbents for HOAs, while leading the branding and integration of acquired syndici through migration playbooks and “Powered by Sebas” co-branding strategies

  • Founder and exec brand-building (LinkedIn, podcasts, stage)

  • Hiring and leading the marketing team as we scale


Who you are


  • 4+ years in brand and/or growth marketing, with at least one tour of duty at a startup that scaled fast (think 0→€10M ARR, Seed → Series B)

  • You've been on a rocket ship and know what it takes — and what breaks — at every stage

  • Strategist and operator. Positioning doc on Monday, paid campaign live by Friday, Figma file by Sunday night

  • You write well. Genuinely well. English fluently; Dutch fluently

  • Comfortable being the only marketer on day one and the marketing lead on day 365

  • Bonus points: experience with category-creation plays, or B2B in regulated/legacy markets
