Are you passionate about creating impactful, customer-focused communication that drives engagement and conversion?
As a Communication Expert, you will support the campaign manager in developing and executing 121 customer communication initiatives, with a strong focus on direct marketing, CRM, email campaigns, and SEO content.
This role is ideal for a creative and structured communicator who can translate business objectives into clear, compelling, and performance-driven content. You will work across multiple touchpoints and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver relevant, high-quality customer communications.
Your Responsibilities
Support the Lead Campaign Manager in the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of 121 customer communication actions from briefing to delivery.
Translate business and campaign briefings into clear communication objectives, messaging, and content deliverables.
Write copy for direct marketing campaigns (promotional and transactional messages) and design follow up, including: emailings, direct mailing, SMS, CRM journeys.
Develop SEO-oriented content for digital channels, ensuring relevance, readability, and performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the right tone of voice, messaging, and content structure per audience and channel.
Manage agencies and freelancers when needed to produce content and campaign deliverables.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and customer communication standards.
Monitor campaign and content performance, making recommendations for optimization based on results and insights.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams such as media, digital, CRM, corporate, and business units.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of communication workflows, tools, and content processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in communication, copywriting, CRM, direct marketing, or content marketing.
Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented content.
Proven experience in emailing / direct marketing / CRM communication.
Good knowledge of SEO content writing and content optimization principles.
Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commercial understanding.
Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Fluent Dutch speaker, with a good working knowledge of English and French.
Digital communication experience is a strong asset.
