Content Creator & Strategist bij Moonbird

Moonbird is a health tech startup with HQ in Antwerp, Belgium. We develop and successfully commercialize the world’s first handheld device to help people do breathing exercises, improving well-being in a simple and accessible way. We are focused on making breathwork practical, human, and part of everyday life.

To support our growing team, we are looking for a Creative Content Creator and Strategist. This is a high-impact role for a visual storyteller who lives and breathes social content, understands the "hooks" that stop the scroll, and knows how to turn a creative idea into a high-converting ad.

The role

You will be the engine behind our visual presence. This is a hands-on execution role (75%) balanced with creative strategy and performance analysis (25%). Working directly with the Head of Growth, you will own the creative process for both paid and organic channels.

Creative production (the core focus)

• Paid media: Producing high-performing static and video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. This includes filming, editing, and motion graphics.

• Organic socials: Managing and creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn channels to build our community.

• Social management: Owning the posting schedule, community engagement, and brand voice across our social platforms.

• Copywriting: Crafting compelling captions, ad copy, and on-screen text that resonates with our audience (your words drive the visual story).

  
  

Strategy & analysis

• Competitor research: Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring trends in health-tech and D2C to keep moonbird’s content fresh and innovative.

• Creative strategy: Defining and formulating our creative roadmap—what stories are we telling next?

• Performance tracking: Analyzing how your creatives perform (CTR, conversion rate, hook rate, hold rate) to generate insights for the next batch of content.

Required qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.

• Technical mastery: Proficiency with video editing and design tools to produce high-quality assets efficiently.

• AI savvy: A strong curiosity and affinity for AI tools. You have experience with how AI improves and accelerates creative production.

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within an agency or e-commerce company is a strong plus.

• Languages: Strong professional communication skills in both Dutch and English.

• Affinity with wellness ,health, DTC, e-commerce.

• Portfolio: A proven track record of engaging short-form video and digital content.
