We are now looking for our next Creative Strategist to join the team in Brussels!
As Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative creator-led campaigns that drive engagement and deliver impact for our clients. You will be responsible for developing creative concepts, translating brand objectives into compelling influencer strategies, and ensuring that our campaigns stand out creatively and business-wise.
YOUR MISSION :
Within the Creative Strategy department, you’ll be working closely with the sales, account management, and talent teams, your main mission will be will ideate, pitch, and refine creative strategies, leveraging cultural insights, social trends, and audience behaviors to maximize effectiveness. Your ability to think both creatively and strategically will be key in ensuring that our campaigns not only look great but also achieve measurable results.
Strategic Planning & Ideation :
Understand deeply the client’s universe, DNA, Editorial line, USPs, Challenges and Objectives.
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate unique campaign ideas and content directions.
Research and analyze industry trends, competitive campaigns, and social media insights to inform strategies.
Find the big, bold, even world-changing creative idea and define its different campaign activations.
Guide content formats, messaging angles, and engagement tactics to optimize impact.
Translate brand messaging into authentic, social-first storytelling that resonates with audiences.
Ensure campaigns align with current cultural trends, platform best practices, and audience behaviors.
Develop compelling creative decks, mood boards, and storytelling frameworks to support sales and client pitches.
Pitching & Client Collaboration :
Support the new business and account teams in pitching creative strategies to prospective clients and partners.
Present ideas with clarity and confidence, ensuring clients understand the creative vision and strategic rationale.
Adapt and refine proposals based on client feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
Cross-Team Collaboration :
Work closely with sales, account managers, and talent teams to ensure strategic alignment and campaign feasibility.
Be the reference within the team and externally when it comes to trends, insights and ideas and communicate them to the other team members.
YOUR IDEAL PROFILE :
We’re looking for a creative thinker with a strategic mindset, passionate about influencer marketing and social storytelling. The ideal candidate can translate brand objectives into impactful creatàr-led campaign ideas, blending creativity with data-driven insights.
Ability to conceptualize and pitch bold, innovative campaign ideas that align with client goals.
Skilled at turning consumer insights and social trends into actionable influencer marketing strategies.
Experience in creating story-first campaigns optimized for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
A natural trend-spotter who understands the evolution of digital culture and audience behaviors.
Familiar with different content formats, engagement tactics, and influencer marketing best practices.
Ability to articulate creative ideas clearly and persuasively in presentations, decks, and client discussions.
Comfortable in client-facing meetings and pitches, presenting strategic recommendations with confidence.
Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities to bring campaign narratives to life.
Experience collaborating with influencers, creators, or digital talent is a strong plus.
You have 3-5 years of experience as an Influencer or Social Creative Strategist role within an agency / influencer marketing firm / media company / brand.
You are bilingual either in French - English or in Dutch - English and speaking a third language is a big plus.
