Your mission is to...

enhance Basalte’s digital presence by creating impactful online content, driving performance‑oriented campaigns and supporting lead generation.You combine digital expertise with visual support to strengthen our premium brand within the design and architecture world.

You will be responsible for...

Digital marketing & lead activation

Manage and optimise our digital channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, Google, YouTube).
Set up and improve paid and retargeting campaigns.
Drive community engagement and nurture leads.
Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to boost visibility in AI‑driven search.
Analyse and optimise digital and website performance.

Content creation & visual support

Create consistent digital content for social media, newsletters, website visuals and banners.
Support and collaborate with your graphic design colleague in developing visual assets.
Produce offline materials for events and simple print needs.
Select and edit visuals and help maintain the media library.

General support

Collaborate with external partners such as photographers and print suppliers.
Contribute to internal communication materials.
Safeguard brand consistency across all touchpoints.

We expect you to ...

Have a strong affinity with design, architecture and premium lifestyle brands.
Be passionate about digital marketing, social media trends and performance‑driven content.
Work confidently with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and YouTube Advertising.
Have experience with paid campaigns, retargeting and lead generation.
Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere) and in Canva. Photography experience is a plus.
Be analytical, detail‑oriented and communicative.
Be fluent in Dutch & English.
