In this role, you combine digital processes, data analysis, and operational follow-up to ensure the Global Journey travel experience runs smoothly from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You are responsible for the Global Journey Digital Customer Journey, from pre-sale to post-event.
You help build and manage the travel shops and ensure a clear and correct visualization of packages and services in the Tomorrowland Account.
You monitor data flows and databases.
You coordinate digital communication flows: account content, mailings, notifications, and integrations with external tools.
During the event, you ensure operational follow-up: keeping shuttle info, vouchers, check-in data, and other essential updates up to date.
You align needs, priorities, timing, and budget with all involved stakeholders.
MUST-HAVES:
Digital background – familiar with online systems, databases, dashboards, and back offices.
At least 3 years of relevant experience at a master’s level.
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and precise – you quickly identify connections, detect errors, and understand their impact.
Strong in process and organization – you maintain oversight, set priorities, and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
Communicative and solution-oriented – you communicate clearly with stakeholders and quickly find solutions, even ad hoc.
Flexible, stress-resistant, and team-oriented – you support colleagues, maintain oversight, and stay calm under pressure.
Language skills: Dutch and English (French is a plus).
