At Kwin agency, a Brussels-based communication agency, we’re looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer.Someone with a solid, classical foundation in Branding & Motion, who fully embraces new technologies and can’t wait to explore them together with us.

Your role

You conceive and build visual concepts that work across channels: from social and video to digital campaigns and branding.
You translate strategy and ideas into design, both static and in motion.
You think along from the very start: not “make this look nice”, but “what if we approach it this way?”
You use AI tools as a natural extension of your creativity.
You edit, animate and experiment, with a strong eye for detail and pacing.
You share knowledge, test new ideas and bring positive energy to the team.

Your skills

Strong expertise in graphic design and motion design.
Fully comfortable with Adobe Creative Cloud.
Confident working in Figma: from concepting and layouts to design systems or branding.
Solid skills in video editing.
You understand how formats, dimensions and different (social) media platforms work.
You can work within a visual system, but you’re not afraid to break it intelligently when needed.
