Base Design is looking for a Senior Digital Creative who shapes digital thinking. Someone who understands how brands live across ecosystems, connects strategy and expression, and translates vision into coherent, future-facing experiences.

What you’ll do
Contribute to digital thinking from early strategy through execution
Connect brand platforms to coherent digital ecosystems
Bring a strong interaction mindset, with attention to behavior, flow and micro-experience
Participate in digital strategy conversations with teams and clients
Navigate between concept, system and implementation
Show a genuine interest in emerging technologies and creative coding
Collaborate across disciplines — strategy, design, copy, motion and development
Who you are
Experienced in digital creative or strategic roles
Curious about innovation and new technologies
Think in systems, not isolated outputs
Comfortable contributing to client conversations
Collaborative, generous and clear in communication
Qualifications
5+ years in digital creative or strategic environments
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and interaction design
Solid knowledge of Figma and relevant design tools
Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus)
Bonus Points
Prototyping tools (Framer or similar) is a plus
Awareness in creative coding is a plus
