Senior Digital Designer bij SKINN

SKINN is growing and is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to further strengthen our digital team. You design brand-driven websites and digital experiences where visual design, user experience and performance come together.

You actively think along about structure, flows and interaction, translating brands into digital experiences that are not only visually compelling, but also intuitive, effective and memorable. You work on projects with international exposure and ambitions at award-winning level.

Your role

As a Senior Digital Designer, you are responsible for designing visually strong and highly usable websites and digital applications. You work from concept to design and seamlessly combine brand experience with UX, UI and conversion thinking.

In practice, this means:

• Designing brand-driven websites and digital interfaces based on a clear brand identity

• Creating wireframes, user flows and UI structures as the foundation for strong digital experiences

• Actively thinking along about user experience, conversion, interaction and accessibility

• Translating strategy and content into intuitive navigation and logical structures

• Designing visual systems that translate smoothly into development

• Designing with attention to detail, typography, composition, interaction and motion

• Collaborating closely with strategists, designers and developers throughout the entire process

• Aligning with clients and clearly substantiating design choices

• Safeguarding quality, consistency and digital brand experience across all touchpoints

• Contributing to digital projects with ambitions at award-winning level

  
  

Your profile

• You are a strong digital designer with a well-developed sense for both visual design and UX/UI

• You understand how digital experiences strengthen brands, guide users and support conversion

• You think conceptually and structurally, while also enjoying hands-on, detail-oriented work

• You work independently and take ownership of your designs, from wireframe to final design

• You balance aesthetics with logic and usability

• You are critical, precise and consistently safeguard quality down to the smallest details

  
  

You have a clear vision on the future of web and digital design and actively integrate new technologies, including AI, into your design process

Your skills

• At least three years of relevant experience as a digital, web or UX/UI designer

• A strong passion for branding, digital design and user experience

• Proven experience with wireframes, UX structures and UI design

• Insight into conversion, usability and user behavior

• A sharp eye for detail and high-quality visual execution

• Experience with web design, layout and digital interfaces

• Affinity with motion, interaction and micro-animations

• Smooth collaboration with developers and a solid understanding of the development process

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma

• Interest in and hands-on experience with integrating AI tools into the design process, from exploration and UX research to refinement and efficiency
