true. food agency is a strategic and creative consultancy agency dedicated entirely to food. From brand strategy and concept development to interior design and F&B experiences, we help hospitality and retail brands come to life, from the first idea to the last bite. To strengthen our spatial team in Antwerp, we’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer who knows how to translate brand stories into inspiring spaces.
About the job:
Develop interior concepts based on strategic brand insights
Translate ideas into 3D designs and spatial experiences (SketchUp)
Convert concepts into technical drawings and plans (Vectorworks)
Select and source materials, furniture and lighting
Prepare specification lists and request quotations
Follow up on site visits and project execution
Collaborate with strategists, designers and creatives across the agency
Present concepts to clients and guide them through the design process
About you:
5+ years of experience in hospitality or F&B interior design
A strong portfolio of concept-driven projects
Highly conceptual thinker with a sharp aesthetic eye
Able to adapt your design language to different brands and styles
Confident working independently while thriving in a team
Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
Skilled in Vectorworks, SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop
Comfortable presenting and discussing ideas with clients
Bonus points if you have experience with rendering!
