Job Description What You'll Do


The Social Media Specialist plays a key operational role in shaping and amplifying our digital presence. Your primary mission is to create, produce, and manage engaging content and paid campaigns across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency, creativity, and alignment with our corporate identity.


  •  Develop and manage a social calendar aligned with product launches and internal initiatives

  •  Simplify ideas into compelling digital storytelling

  •  Create and publish high-quality content for social media platforms

  •  Produce engaging video and photo content using tools like CapCut or Canva

  •  Collaborate with designers to generate high-impact digital content

  •  Manage and optimize organic and paid campaigns at an EU level for different European countries

  •  Execute paid social ads on Meta, TikTok and Pinterest (knowledge of smartly is a plus).

  •  Manage day-to-day operations of all channels, responding to users in a timely and brand-aligned manner

  •  Foster engagement and strengthen the sense of community within our digital ecosystem

  •  Monitor performance and ensure regular, consistent activity across all platforms.

  •  Identify and collaborate with influencers to create buzzworthy content and grow our community reach.

  •  Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and emerging technologies to keep us ahead of the curve

  •  Work hand-in-hand with Brand and Country marketing teams to align messaging and amplify campaigns.


What We're Looking For


  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent social media experience

  •  1+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management

  •  In-depth knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more

  •  Hands-on experience with ads managers (Meta, TikTok, Linkedin,...Smartly knowledge is a plus)

  •  Strong understanding of social media performance metrics (ROAS, DABA, CPM, CTR, etc.)

  •  Excellent content writing skills

  •  Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset

  •  Fluency in English (Dutch or French is a plus)

  •  Strong organizational and deadline management skills

  •  Embrace new, digital media technologies and capabilities

  •  Experience with analytics tools is a plus

  •  Teamplayer


Nice-to-Haves


  •  Experience in media buying

  •  Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)

  •  Passion for exploring new digital trends and technologies

  •  Experience with analytics tools
