🎯 Your Role

As a Social Media Intern, you design how Goodshift looks and feels on social media.

You translate abstract ideas like meaningful work into clear, recognizable, and compelling content.

You work complementary to our UX/UI platform intern:

where they focus on product and user flows, you build brand, visibility, and first touch.

🧩 What You’ll Do

Social & Content Design

• Design Instagram and LinkedIn posts, including carousels, reels, and visuals

• Think along about content formats and visual storytelling

• Ensure brand consistency across all social channels

• Create visuals for experiments, campaigns, and new ideas

• Make abstract topics visually clear and accessible

Brand UX

• Translate the Goodshift brand into social-first visuals

• Help develop templates, styles, and visual guidelines

• Collaborate with the founders on what “feels right” for the brand

• Bridge the gap between social content and website experience

🧠 What You Bring

• Basic experience in graphic design and or UX/UI

• Strong visual sense, composition, typography, simplicity

• Comfortable working within clear frameworks, while making bold choices

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Notion or similar tools

• Interest in social media and storytelling

• Affinity with impact, purpose, and mission-driven brands

• How to build a brand visually from scratch

• How to treat social media as one not just isolated posts

• Thinking in formats, narrative, and experimentation

• Working inside an early-stage startup

• Working and receiving direct feedback from founders

• Growing from executional design into strategic brand thinking
