You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing Mix’s marketing and social media strategy, bringing our brands to life through compelling content and thoughtful storytelling. You will report directly to our Marketing Manager.
STRATEGY
Implement and support the global marketing and social media strategy.
Act as a Social Media Strategist: define the creative direction, build content roadmaps, anticipate needs, and articulate the “why” behind each piece of content.
Define campaign target audiences
Create monthly, multichannel content roadmaps and manage editorial calendars for our accounts.
CREA & PRODUCTION
Act as a Content Creator: bring ideas to life through photos, videos, copywriting, and basic editing.
Create daily digital content tailored to each brand and platform.
Propose creative concepts, storytelling angles, moodboards, and visual universes.
Produce content independently and in collaboration with photographers and videographers.
Collaborate on developing new creative directions and visual identities.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Act as a Social Media Manager on a day-to-day basis: Content scheduling (programmation), Community continuity and brand consistency, Performance reporting.
Manage and grow all social media accounts.
Monitor, document, and share KPIs (followers, growth, engagement, reach, interactions).
Supervise the Community Manager, who: Engages with followers, Responds to comments and DMs, Actively nurtures and grows the community.
What skills do you need?
A strong love for hospitality, sports, food, and content creation.
A genuine passion for visual storytelling.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
Creative, proactive, and comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.
