🔍 Your role

As a Strategist, you’re the brain behind the work. You turn complexity into clarity, data into direction, and insights into ideas that move people and business.

You:

• Define smart strategies that actually deliver on client goals

• Choose the right mix of channels and platforms

• Build personas and map customer journeys that make communication truly relevant

• Continuously analyse and optimise campaigns

• Stay ahead of digital trends and translate them into opportunities

  
  

You don’t just follow the market. You help shape it.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Dive deep into research, trends, and human behaviour

• Analyse data (brand studies, media, sales…) and turn it into actionable insights

• Develop strategic frameworks and campaign approaches

• Craft the right message for the right audience at the right moment, across every stage of the funnel

• Help define brand strategies and translate them into impactful campaign strategies that build, strengthen, and defend the brand

• Lead workshops and inspire clients with clear storytelling

• Push teams and clients beyond the obvious

• Collaborate closely with creatives, media experts, and account teams

💡 Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, marketing, or agency roles (BeNeLux)

• Fluent in Dutch & English (French = nice bonus)

• A naturally curious thinker who loves asking why

• Analytical, structured, and insight-driven

• Strong storyteller and confident presenter

• Comfortable leading workshops and client conversations

• Independent, proactive, and a real self-starter

• A team player who builds strong relationships internally and externally

• Kind, persuasive, assertive, and solution-oriented

• Always learning, תמיד on top of digital & communication trends
