Account Manager - People

Brigada People is Belgium’s most awarded and leading employer branding agency and we’re looking for an accountmanager to lead with us. If you’re someone who stays ahead of client needs, brings positive energy to the team and loves nipping problems in the bud, you might be the person we need for our employer branding and change communications projects.

What you'll do

• You keep projects on track and aligned with the strategy.

• You build strong relationships with clients and act as their go-to contact.

• You’re also the main point of contact for our creative and strategy teams, as well as for external partners, and you speak their language.

• You brief the creative team, help prepare shoots, media plans and campaigns, and make sure everything comes together.

• You stay on top of proposals and invoicing, and you’re always looking for ways to improve project profitability.

• You keep your account director in the loop and know when to tap them on the shoulder for guidance or support.

• You’ve worked as a project manager or account manager in an agency, so you keep your cool when things get hectic.

• You help keep team morale high, without aiming for a high profile.

• You’re comfortable working in Dutch, French and English.
